eradens X density meter: Ensuring bubble-free filling with innovative FillingProof® Technology

The vertical alignment of the U-tube minimizes the probability of air bubbles getting trapped inside the density cell. For the verification of the bubble-free filling, eralytics has developed FillingProof® (Patent: US 11,493,417 B2). In contrast to error-prone optical methods, the change in the density as a function of applied pressure is used to detect even the smallest bubbles providing reliable results also for non-transparent samples such as crude oil.

The automatic filling device erafill p is a robust peristaltic pump for fully automatic and convenient filling of the density meter eradens X. It is suitable for fluids with a viscosity of up to 200 mPas, making it versatile for a wide range of samples. Thanks to its fully automatic operation and sample volume of just 10 ml, users can expect effortless, spill-free handling every time. Its sleek design allows for seamless integration with eradens X, enabling easy storage and use and making it an essential, space-saving tool for any density measurement application.

erafill s – The syringe sample changer for viscosity & density testing

The erafill s is an automatic filling and cleaning device for the kinematic viscometer eravisc X and the density meter eradens X. The single-position sample changer allows the master device to be filled from a 10 mL syringe. Repeat measurements and measurements at different temperatures can be carried out easily.

If required by the sample sequence, cleaning with up to two different solvents and final drying of the measuring cells are performed fully automatically. The optimized cleaning process ensures minimal turnaround times and prevents cross-contamination. Get more details in the erafill s brochure.
